The advantages of water treatment by ozone...

 

Water from tap water, rain, river, lake, well or groundwater, for domestic or agricultural use could be disinfected by one of the following methods such as filtration, distillation, ultraviolet lamp and boiling. However, those methods have the drawbacks of limited output quantity, and the water can’t be used on line immediately.

 

Ozone is 2,000 times more efficient than chlorine when used as a disinfectant. It can destroy bacteria, fungus, spores and parasites in water, especially the chlorine-resistant microorganisms. Ozone also can oxidize organic contaminates and decompose inorganic contaminates to eliminate the pollutants of water. Besides, ozone can remove unwanted odors and colors, which chlorine is incapable to do. Since ozone decays in 20 minutes naturally, it can be used in high concentration to treat water without residuals.

On-line Ozonated Water Supply System

 

The on-line ozonated water supply system is composed of an enclosed cabinet, bag filters and a booster pump mounted on a skid. The ozone generator and mixer are placed in the enclosed cabinet. The double-quartz ozone generation tube design provides high efficiency and stable ozone production for the needs of clean, less maintenance and long-term operation without decay. The mixer can mix the water and ozone effectively and provide the ozonated water one-line applications immediately. By connecting water inlet to the system and water outlet to the point of use, our on-line ozonated water treatment system is plug-and-play ready for providing ozonated water immediately.

 

In applications, there are three models which are S-10-NP, S-10-AM and S-10-GL. S-10-NP stands for negative pressure operation in which ambient air is taken as feed gas. S-10-AM stands for feed gas is supplied by  AM-20 air dryer. S-10-GL stands for ozone generator with ozone dissolving device of 75% dissolving rate to provide ozonated water with no off-gas.

 

On-line ozonated water treatment system is designed for hush environments, such us rain, dust, direct sunlight or contaminants. With above features, the less maintenance is required and the lifespan of the system is extended.

S-5 Ozone Generation System

 

The S-5 ozone generation system is composed of S-5 ozone generator, a gas-liquid separator, a booster pump and a bag filter (recommended). The ozone generation tube and mixer are placed in the S-5 ozone generator. The gas-liquid separator is optional for off gas and better ozone dissolving rate. Therefore, it results in ozonated water with no bubbles at all. Ozone dissolving rate is 60%.

 

 

 

Blue Ozone Box-7 (BOB-7) System

 

The Blue Ozone Box-7 (BOB-7) system is composed of the BOB-7 ozone generator, a gas-liquid separator, a booster pump and a bag filter (recommended). The ozone generation tube and mixer are placed in the generator. The gas-liquid separator is optional for off gas and better ozone dissolving rate. Therefore, it results in ozonated water with no bubbles at all. Ozone dissolving rate is 60%.
