How to choose Co-Mixer for application? | |
The Co-Mixer has low concentration and high concentration two models, denoted by “L” and “H.” For application in ozone dosage, the low concentration is being used in water disinfection that requires low ozone dosages but high flow rate; while the high concentration model is being used in wastewater treatment. The performance of Co-Mixer varies with the driven pump. The gas suction rate and liquid flow rate depend on the liquid pressure (P2) that puts on the outlet of the Co-Mixer. Use the values given in the stable for estimation. |

The gas inlet connector for CO15- is 1/4” PT male thread, for CO30- is 1/2” PT male thread, for CO60- is 1 1/4”PT female thread, for CO80- is 1 1/4” PT female thread. |

Specify X and Y that denote the inlet and outlet connectors to the pipe line, for example, CO30L-flange-flange. |

To prevent particles, diameter larger than 2 mm, block the Co-Mixer, install a Y-Strainer on the inlet of the pump. |
